T.O.S

I. CONDUCT1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.2. All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.3. Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.4. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or
canceled.

II. PAYMENT1. Commissions must be payed 100% upfront2. Payment accepted in USD only.3. Payment will be requested only via Cash App or Paypal.

III. PROCESS1. Once commission is accepted and references and subject are given for the commission, 100% payment upfront, communication on each stage of the art process will be given from sketch, to clean up and coloring. Once revisions are final commission will be on the finishing stage. Completed art will be sent.2. Commissions are generally expected to take up to 3 months before completion.3. Any circumstances that might delay the commission will be notified.

IV. REVISIONS1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after color and clean up is complete. (subject can not be changed after the sketch for line art commissions)2. A maximum of 3 revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge.3. Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.4. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.

V. CANCELLATION + REFUND
POLICY
1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at
any time.2. If the artist cannot complete the commission for any reason, a refund will be in place.3. 100% Refund if nothing was started or hasn't started yet
4. 60% Refund if no line art has been made5. 20% Refund if line art has already been made.

VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
1. Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
2. Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.
3. The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
4. All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of
making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.
6. Under no circumstances may the artist's art be used in AI of any kind
